Now equipped to serve your clients with the latest technology.
We are trained and now ready to meet those clients who ask if you are ready
for eSign closings in the Phoenix area. We are certified by the National Notary
Association and Am Trust.
We are ready now!
This is the first step to advancing to the new field of eNotarization. Sometime
in the next year you will start receiving requests for agents who are equipped
for eNotarization. This technology will provide for higher levels of identity
security, comply with the Government Paperwork Elimination Act of 1998, and
will become a more cost effective way to conduct business.
Arizona is currently in the process of implementing laws regarding
eNotarization. There currently is a pilot program in all counties in Arizona for
eNotarization. We are receiving strong support from Congress in this
measure.
